Tapdance was founded in 2019 when we first realized that there were no options for high-quality cocktails on tap. It all began when we first met, working as barbacks in a busy nightclub. Our friendship – and now partership in Tapdance – was born out of our common interest for the service industry, always analyzing what created the best experience for the guest. We firmly believed that cocktails on tap were the perfect tool to help craft the ideal guest experience, reducing the time needed to serve the high colume cocktails – leaving more time to perfect the craftmanship of other non tap cocktails and focusing on creating the best possible service experience for the guest.
Our common background and extensive experience in the bar industry gave us the confidence to launch Tapdance – and create what we think is some of the best cocktails on tap around.
